Step 1: Install Fender Flare Trim
Fit trim over the edge of the flare and remove the red adhesive tape as you go along.
Step 2: Attach Outer Bolts
Make sure smooth edge of the washer hits the paint. Tighten down the nyloc nut using included Allen tool to hold bolt in place.
Step 3: Remove Factory Screws From Fender Well
These three screws are located along the edge of the fender well. On this 2011 F-150, they are 7/32-inch screws.
Step 4: Install Flare Bracket
The bracket should align with two of the removed screws. Reinstall top two 7/32nd screws and attach provided U-Clip to hold bracket in place.
Step 5: Test-Fit Fender Flare
With flare in place, mark bottom fender flare hole where it aligns with the plastic bumper for drilling a 1/4-inch hole.
Step 6: Mark Fender Flare for Drilling
Determine position of the hole in the frame relative to the fender flare and mark flare for drilling a 1/4-inch hole.
Drill out the plastic bumper and the marked position on the fender flare.

Step 8: Align Fender Flare and Install Hardware
Install included hardware at the newly drilled portions and reinstall the bottom 7/32-inch screws.
Step 9: Install Plastic Fasteners
Push in plastic fasteners at the indicated locations to further secure fender flare in place. Some fasteners may not be used on certain applications.
Step 10: Move to Rear of Vehicle
Remove 10mm support beam bolts from the rear wheel wells.
Step 11: Put Flare in Place
Loosely reinstall 10mm bolts to hold these in place.
Step 12: Mark Holes
Mark the sheet metal on the inside of the fender where the holes in the fender flare occur.
Step 13: Mark Final Sheet Metal Hole
This hole will require you to move the flare back to mark the proper position.
Step 14: Install U-Clips
U-clip holes should face toward the tire while the threaded portion should face in toward the body of the vehicle. Loosely install U-Clip bolts.
Step 15: Tighten Hardware
With U-clips in place, fully tighten all U-Clip bolts and the 10MM support beam bolts.
Step 16: Repeat Process on Opposite Side
Complete installation process on opposite side of vehicle.
